Membership Freeze Policy
Members may place their membership on freeze for a reduced fee of $8 per month. While frozen, regular dues will not be billed, and the membership remains active in our system. This ensures that when you’re ready to return, you can simply unfreeze your membership without paying the initiation fee again. If a membership is unfrozen mid-month, pro-rated dues for that month will be charged at the time of unfreezing. Freezing is designed as a convenient option to pause your climbing without fully canceling your membership.

Membership Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their membership at any time by submitting a cancellation request. To ensure the cancellation is processed before the next billing cycle, requests must be received at least 3 days prior to your billing date. If a cancellation request is made after the billing date, the membership will remain active through the end of the current paid month, and no refunds or partial credits will be issued. Please note that if you decide to rejoin after cancellation, a new membership initiation fee will apply.
